Frequently Asked Questions

How long does my subscription last after I cancel?   And how do I cancel?

Your subscription lasts for the full Term you subscribed for (1, 3 or 6 months), even if you cancel prior to its expiration / rebill date.

Non-recurring (one-time) Memberships automatically terminate at the end of their Term.   Recurring Memberships continue to renew until YOU cancel them.

If you joined using a Credit Card through Plug-n-Pay, you can cancel yourMembership by going to our  Attendant / On-Line Support Page.   Follow the instructions for cancelling your account.

You may also cancel by sending an e-mail to:  Support@Bondage-Arts.com  and ask us to cancel it for you.   Please include your Username or other Identifying info to assist us in locating your subscription.

Why can't I join using my Credit Card?   It keeps telling me I'm declined.

Make sure that you have entered ALL the requested information, and that the Name and Card Numbers you entered EXACTLY match those on the card you are using.   Many declines are due to typos!   If you try repeatedly and keep getting declined, you may need to wait 24 to 48 hours to try again.   If all else fails, you can get a membership by postal service!

I don't have a credit card, I don't live in the USA, how can I join your site?

Send an E-mail to:  Support@Bondage-Arts.com.   We'll reply by E-mail with information on subscribing to our site via postal mail.
OR, visit our Mail Order page.

I can't log in.   What's wrong?

Are you sure you are using the right username and password for this site?   Please make sure!   Also, usernames and passwords are case sensitive!   If there was a billing problem that results in the cancellation of your account, it is possible for your subscription to expire without your knowledge (although normally you will get an E-mail message notifying you of a problem with your card sent to the E-mail address that you used when signing up).

If you are using AOL (see some AOL tips & tricks below), we strongly suggest using another browser such as:   Internet Explorer,   Netscape, or   Opera.   They're all free to download and use!

How do I find my username and password if I lose or forget it?

You may use our  Attendant / On-Line Support Page.  to have a E-mail with your username & password sent to you.
OR, send an E-mail to:  Support@Bondage-Arts.com.   You should give your full name and the E-mail address you used when signing up in order to make it easier for the information to be found.   If you have your transaction or subscription number, please send these as well as they make the lookup of your username and password easier.

How do I dispute a billing?

Do you feel you have been charged in error?   Were you billed twice in the same month?   Did you cancel your membership and still get billed anyway?   Send an E-mail to:  Support@Bondage-Arts.com  for help.   Please include as much information about the disputed billing as possible so we can track it down and correct the problem.

What if I have a question or problem that wasn't covered here?

Send an E-mail to:  Support@Bondage-Arts.com  for help.   Please include as much information about the question or problem as possible.   We try to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours, usually faster!

AOL users:

If you are using the default AOL browser you may not be viewing the images as they were intended to be viewed.   The pictures and graphics on this site have been compressed for optimal download time.   No further compression is required.   If you find pictures blurry or fuzzy it's due to the settings on your AOL.   To change these setting and see the pictures the way they were intended to be seen:

1 - click on the SETTINGS button located at the top of AOL's home page.

2 - click on PREFERENCES

3 - click on INTERNET PROPERTIES (WWW)

4 - click on the WEB GRAPHICS tab and select NEVER COMPRESS GRAPHICS.

Unfortunately, all of the pictures that you have viewed up to this point are loaded into your computer's cache in an over-compressed format.   To remove the over-compressed files, select the SETTINGS button, then click on PREFERENCES, and then click on INTERNET PROPERTIES (WWW) and click on the GENERAL tab.   Click on the DELETE FILES button under Temporary Internet Files.   Then under History, click on the CLEAR HISTORY button, and finally click on OK.   Or you could reload each image by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking reload.

An easy solution is to use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Opera in it's own window.   By minimizing the AOL window and opening Explorer or Navigator, you can view the pictures the way we intended them to be seen.
